Solitea completed acquisition of D3Soft Group and becomes the leader on the market of information systems for energy traders and distributors

Brno, 8 March 2021 – Solitea acquired a 100% share in D3Soft, D3Soft BIG and D3Soft Future which rank among major IT solution providers namely for energy traders and distributors on the Czech and Slovak markets.

D3Soft Group focuses on its own development of IT solutions for trading companies, namely for energy distributors and traders (utility suppliers). It has been this market segment leader with own FLEXI IT information system. The FLEXI IT product forms a part of the D3Energy solution for comprehensive energy service to customers. As regards trading companies, it focuses namely on CRM system implementation, delivers own CRM product Leonardo, as well as implements the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The D3Soft Group companies also develop information systems for individual customers. In the last fiscal year, the D3Soft Group generated turnover of over 100 mil. CZK, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 15 mil. CZK.

The side benefit is geographical location of D3Soft, thanks to which Solitea has gained strong presence and background in the North-Moravian Region.
