Prague, September 8, 2025 – Commander Services, s.r.o., a member of the Seyfor Group, has acquired a 100% stake in Radium s.r.o., the developer of the Fleetware system for GPS vehicle monitoring, fleet management, and integrated IoT scenarios. The transaction significantly expands Commander's presence on the Czech market and strengthens its development capacities in both software and hardware. It also opens new opportunities for implementing advanced telematics solutions across various industries–from municipal and technical services to logistics and security forces.

Fleetware and Radium's Expertise

Radium s.r.o. is behind the development of Fleetware, a well-established brand in the field of telematics, dispatch systems, and vehicle logbooks, complemented by proprietary hardware and extensive use of IoT sensors. The company has long operated in segments where robustness, stability, and adaptation to specific operational scenarios are keytypically in fleet management, waste management, and emergency or intervention services.

“Fleetware from Radium strategically complements our portfolio with a proven solution that aligns with our existing services and market presence. Together, we will be able to accelerate the development of our software solutions and share customer needs and practical experience across the Czech and Slovak markets. While this marks the conclusion of the acquisition, it's only the beginning of our collaboration. In the future, we'll leverage the specific know-how of the entire Commander Group and the long-term expertise of T-Cars, which we acquired two years ago,“ said Miroslav Bielčik, CEO of Commander.

Strategic Importance of the Acquisition

The acquisition of Radium fits into Seyfor's long-term strategy.

“By acquiring Radium, we're strengthening our telematics division Commander with top-tier know-how in both software and hardware development and reinforcing our position on the Czech market. Customers will benefit from faster innovation, deeper integrations with other systems, and improved service across regions,“ added Martin Cígler, CEO of Seyfor.

Integration Potential and Future Outlook

The strategic synergy was further detailed by Martin Kudrna, Chief Synergy & Growth Officer at Seyfor:

“This transaction is a step toward faster integration of telematics with customers' information systems. We want data from vehicles and IoT sensors to seamlessly feed into their ERP, planning, and controlling systems.“

Commander becomes the new 100% owner of Radium, which will continue to operate as an independent entity. Maroš Krnáč will remain CEO, leading further development and integration processes, while Jiří Kudrna will gradually step down from his executive role.

“The partnership with Commander opens enormous opportunities for us. Integrating Fleetware data into Seyfor's existing systems will allow organizations to unify and automate many time-consuming operations. I believe that the synergy between Radium and Commander extending into ERP systems will bring companies revolutionary fleet management solutions,“ concluded Maroš Krnáč, CEO of Radium s.r.o.

The acquisition agreement was signed on September 4, 2025. The companies have decided not to disclose the transaction value, stating only that it amounts to several tens of millions of Czech crowns.
