Chief Operating Officer, Seyfor Solutions, Member of the board of directors
Petr is a manager with nearly thirty years of experience in ICT. He has been with Seyfor since 2002 and today leads the Solutions Division (formerly Enterprise & Public), where he is responsible for defining and achieving strategic objectives in the area of solutions for large customers and the public sector.

Tomáš started his career in technical support and gradually worked his way up to the position of Chief Executive Officer. He was behind the launch of the Money S5 ERP system, the monetization of iDoklad, and the development of the accounting software Evala. Today, he leads the Seyfor Products Division, which was formed by merging the Small, Mid, and HR & Payroll divisions.
Chief Executive Officer, Dotykačka
Petr is the co-founder and CEO of the Dotykačka Group, which has become the market leader in cash register and payment systems in the region. The company operates not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia and Poland, with plans to expand into other Central and Southeastern European countries. Since 2025, Dotykačka has been fully owned by Seyfor and is now focusing on further growth and the expansion of its service portfolio.
Chief Executive Officer, Commander
Miroslav is an experienced manager with more than twenty years of expertise in finance and the technology business, where he served, among other roles, as CFO and later COO (named Slovakia’s CFO of the Year in 2010). For the past five years, he has been the CEO of the Commander Group, a leader in fleet management and telematics services in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which has been part of Seyfor since 2022. In his role, together with the Commander team, he has embarked on a demanding yet successful journey beyond the horizon – towards further growth and the company’s gradual regional expansion.
Chief Synergy and Growth Officer, Member of the board of directors
Martin has gained nearly twenty years of professional experience in Europe and overseas. After returning to the Czech Republic, he focused on the IT business. At Seyfor, he is responsible for international development, strengthening synergies within the group, and driving the growth of integrated companies in areas such as ERP, ATS, and fleet management.

In July 1990, Michal co-founded Vema, which under his leadership became the Czech market leader in personnel information systems.

Táňa is a graduate of theatre management at the Theatre Faculty of Janáček Academy of Performing Arts. During her studies she focused on marketing, which she has been engaged in throughout her professional career. She worked for 3 years in the Brno branch of the Ogilvy advertising agency, from which she then moved to Seyfor as a marketing specialist and currently leads the marketing content team.
Chief Information Officer
In 1994, Boris founded PVT.net, an internet service provider where he later held the position of product manager. He then served as a member of the executive committee at NIX.CZ, led a technical group in GEMMA Systems, and managed Dynamica until 2018. He has been with Seyfor since 2019, serving as its CIO.
