Jernej has more than 16 years of leadership experience in the ICT industry. Among other things, he led a team within a European corporation that pioneered the introduction of a digital television network. He established and managed departments in the areas of customer support, network monitoring, and quality assurance.

Goran has more than 15 years of experience in business software implementation on the Serbian market. He joined the company in 2017, advancing from consultant to head of the Minimax program, and since 2020 he has served as the CEO of Seyfor Serbia. He is committed to building healthy relationships and team spirit, and as a long-time athlete, he applies discipline, teamwork, and perseverance in business.

As one of the driving forces behind the M&I Systems Group, Vladan's relentless energy is paving the way for the Group to achieve global success. Vladan is an American student dedicated to navigating the Group through progressive thinking, bold creativity, and impactful solutions. He is an active hockey veteran and sports promoter. A father of Marija, Jovan, and David.

Today, he remains a passionate hockey player and a proud father to his daughter, Sofia.
