Data migration, onboarding of more than 130 users, regional training sessions, and a full rollout completed within four months. The Datacruit ATS implementation at Manpower SEE demonstrates what it takes to unify recruitment processes across an international organization and why project like this depend above all on strong collaboration, clear communication, and effective change management.
The digitalisation of HR and recruitment today increasingly transcends the borders of individual countries. Companies operating in several regions need to unify recruitment processes, clarify reporting and work with data more efficiently than before. At the same time, however, they must maintain flexibility for local teams and the specifics of individual markets.
It was precisely this challenge that Manpower SE, a regional group of Manpower branches in Southeast Europe, decided to tackle. The aim of the project was to unify recruitment processes, reporting and the system environment across eight countries of the region through the implementation of the Datacruit ATS system.
Regional coordination without losing local flexibility
One of the biggest topics in similar projects is finding a balance between regional standardisation and local autonomy. Each country often has its own processes, habits and legislative specifics, and that is precisely why it is not possible to approach implementation simply as the technical deployment of a single system.
„We were looking for a solution that would help us work better with processes and reporting and at the same time support our local needs and regional ambitions.“
In the case of Manpower SEE it was important to create an environment that would enable a better regional overview, unified reporting and more effective cooperation between individual markets, while at the same time preserving functioning local processes.
Datacruit was selected thanks to a combination of flexibility, workflow configuration options, advanced reporting and AI functions supporting recruiters' work in everyday practice.
Training 130+ users and a new approach to onboarding
Part of the implementation project was not only the deployment of the system itself, but also the onboarding of more than 130 users across the region.
A major role here was played by a new approach to training. Instead of one-off workshops, a system combining pre-recorded webinars and live Q&A sessions was created with the founder and CEO of Datacruit Zdeněk Bajer. Thanks to this, the individual teams could learn at their own pace and at the same time address specific situations and questions from everyday practice.
As regional project manager Manpower SEE Judit Krupa notes, this format helped users orient themselves in the new system more quickly and at the same time gave them the assurance that they had the support they needed throughout the implementation.
In addition, the result was not only the successful launch of the system, but also a long-term usable educational channel, which today also serves for onboarding new employees.
Implementation of the new regional ATS within four months
The entire rollout of the Datacruit ATS took place over four months and included coordination across eight countries, data migration from several previous systems, configuration of the regional environment and extensive user training.
A key factor in the success was close cooperation between the Manpower SEE and Datacruit teams. It was this combination of clear project management, open communication and gradual onboarding that helped to carry out the implementation without disrupting the daily functioning of the individual teams.
„Considering the scale and complexity, the rollout was remarkably smooth. The close coordination between our teams ensured clarity, confidence, and continuity at every stage. The collaboration felt like a true partnership fromday one.”
