Seyfor Expands Its Portfolio with Two New Acquisitions and Enters the HR Solutions Market.

Prague, July 2, 2024: Seyfor, one of the largest European ICT solution providers, is adding two recruitment software companies to its portfolio. At the end of last week, Seyfor acquired Datacruit and simultaneously gained a 38% stake in Seyfor plans to continue developing both platforms and leverage their synergies with its other products. The current owners will remain in key positions in both companies. With this expanded portfolio, Seyfor aims to penetrate further into other European markets.

Both Datacruit s.r.o. and hold significant positions in the development and provision of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for recruitment, with clients including large multinational corporations. These acquisitions will significantly strengthen Seyfor's position and know-how. The digitization of recruitment represents a new category in the offering, complementing the personnel and payroll systems in which Seyfor is a strong international player. The interconnection opens new possibilities and synergies.

The software solutions of the newly acquired companies jointly cover the areas of recruitment and onboarding, handling tasks from talent search to their recruitment and onboarding, and potential offboarding. Clients of Recruitis include T-Mobile, Globus, UniCredit, Heureka,, and Decathlon. Datacruit ATS is currently available in eight languages and is used by customers in ten countries, including Aures Holding, Rohlík Group, Hofmann Personal, Deutsche Telekom Services, BENU, Super zoo, and connects with more than 25 local job portals in the Czech Republic, including and Prá

The current owners of Datacruit and Recruitis will remain in the positions of CEOs of the acquired companies and will continue to manage the companies. "We do not plan to integrate both products in the short term, as each has a slightly different clientele. However, we will soon incorporate both solutions into Seyfor's service portfolio, integrate them with our HR systems, and quickly start leveraging synergies from customer bases and foreign markets where we operate," adds Cígler.

Both acquisitions were signed within two days. The valuation of both companies was in the hundreds of millions of crowns.
