DS PROPERTY, a.s., covers the infrastructure of more than 30 companies of the Istergroup Group, which operates in the food industry, agriculture, gastronomy, hotel industry, accounting services and sports. The company's main objective is to provide comprehensive consulting services in the field of project work. The holding company has been using our services for 2 years.
DS PROPERTY, Inc. has used legacy Office packages in several of its companies, with each company having its own tenant. They were also using email services with the help of hosting with various providers. These services were not sufficient for modern collaboration as they only offered an email option. Thus, the group needed to unify their work and email environments into one. They decided to take advantage of the rich capabilities of the Microsoft 365 solution and approached us to help them solve this problem.
The goal of the project was to migrate all of the companies and users from their old tenants and hosts into one environment that could be centrally administered and managed. We therefore made full use of cloud services and the handy Microsoft 365 application, which put secure and modern tools for content creation and sharing in the hands of the company's employees.
The advantage of the solution is that a large number of email domains can operate on a single tenant, so that companies within groups did not have to change their email addresses as a result. After the migration, the IT department can manage employee mailboxes, various policies and permissions for all companies at the same time, employees can share calendars, invitations to meetings and events in Microsoft Teams, see each other's availability in the workplace and can easily search all contacts in the address book.
