organized in cooperation with TATRA TRUCKS!

Welcome to the Customer Event Infor 2025. This year, the aim is to share new developments in the Infor product portfolio and, most importantly, to gain new inspiration through informal networking among the participants. And of course, have fun!

You can expect a packed program full of interesting presentations from our experts and case studies from our customers. We'll take a ride on the Tatra testing polygon and get a glimpse behind the scenes of the famous Dakar Rally thanks to personal participation of 2-time Dakar Rally winner Martin Macik & Seyfor CEO Martin Cígler.

The icing on the cake will be an excursion to the assembly hall of TATRA TRUCKS a.s. and for those interested also to the museum of TATRA trucks in Kopřivnice.

Personal participation of Martin Macík

On the evening of the first day of the customer event, Martin Macík will be present in person.

Martin Macík is a Czech rally driver, specialist in long-distance truck rallies, especially the Dakar Rally, which he first participated in in 2013 as a navigator and later began driving as a pilot.

Since 2024, he has participated in the race with a truck known as Bohus. In 2024, he won the truck category, as the first Czech racer to do so in 23 years. In 2025 he repeated his triumph.

Martin Cígler, Chairman and CEO of Seyfor, will also be with us on the first day of the Customer Event. 

Martin was at the very birth of Solitea Holding in 2013, participating in all acquisitions to eventually lead the Czech and Slovak companies to a merger in June 2020, making Solitea one of the largest regional software producers.

Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow year on year. In 2023, it broke the 4-billion turnover mark for the first time.

Martin Cígler, Chairman and CEO of Seyfor, will also be with us on the first day of the Customer Event.

Tatra rides on the polygon

At the beginning of the meeting, we will all experience the unique feeling of being a co-driver in a truck during the famous Dakar Rally.

We will have 4 trucks with drivers ready for us, who will drive with each of us around the entire circuit of the TATRA test polygon, including a variety of different sections.

You can be sure that there will be no shortage of adrenaline. It would be hard to imagine a better way to kick off this year's customer event.

Those participants of the customer event who will not be taking part in the action ride on the polygon will visit the assembly hall of TATRA TRUCKS.

You will thus have the opportunity to see for yourself how one of the key processes in the production of high-end trucks is carried out.

Also, feel free to ask our experienced TATRA TRUCKS expert anything, as he personally accompanies you throughout the excursion.

Those participants of the customer event who will not be taking part in the action ride on the polygon will visit the assembly hall of TATRA TRUCKS.

This year, we are also expecting a number of interesting keynotes and presentations from our Infor experts and customers during both days of the customer event.

The first day will feature a keynote from Seyfor CEO Martin Cígler in the afternoon, followed by a keynote from Hans van Oyen, Cloudsuite A&D Solution Director of Infor. The second day will be opened by a keynote presentation from Erich Beier, Project Manager of TATRA TRUCKS.

There will be parallel sections throughout both days of the workshop, in which, just like last year, we will offer you the chance to participate in interesting presentations in the Infor and Infor VISUAL sections, according to your preferences.

The first will be Martin Macík, a Czech driver who participated in the Dakar Rally for the first time in 2013 and managed to win both of the last two editions with his crew.

The second one will be our CEO, Martin Cígler, who has been participating in the Dakar Rally together with Martin Macík's crew in recent years and has been taking great photos during the event.

We encourage you to take part in both days of the program. When completing the registration form, please indicate if you require accommodation at the four-star Interhotel TATRA.

The hotel is located in the centre of Kopřivnice, close to the picturesque Beskydy foothills. It combines comfort with distinctive architecture, offering an ideal setting for your stay.

Rooms have already been pre-booked, so please do not make your own reservations directly with the hotel. After you submit your registration, Monika Fedorová will contact you to confirm your room preferences and finalize the booking in your name.

Last year’s meeting took place in the beautiful setting of Hotel Maximus Resort. Many of us will remember the evening steamboat cruise on the Brno Dam, followed by a buffet dinner and a friendly bowling tournament.

We are delighted that we were able to successfully resume our regular annual meetings after the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are already looking forward to welcoming everyone in Kopřivnice this September.
