Nobby had been looking for an ERP system for almost 6 years. They had more than 12,000 items in stock and lacked a system to track the status of their goods in real time. They were manually updating the items in stock in spreadsheets and because of this there were frequent mix-ups and complaints. In addition, the stock levels on the e-shop often did not reflect the actual stock levels.
Thanks to his IT knowledge, Managing Director Peter Slany had an advantage when choosing a new system - he knew exactly what features the ERP needed to have to meet his requirements. "When implementing the ERP system, I didn't know how to define the import template or I couldn't find a feature. The transition to Money ERP has accelerated all warehouse processes at NOBBY. Now they ship out 30,000 items per month and a single warehouse worker can handle it. At Nobby, by switching to Money ERP and using the Warehouse Plus, XLS Import, E-shop Connector, Mobile S4 modules, they improved outdated processes. With fewer people, they now handle more orders.
