Brno, 22 February, 2021 – Solitea is buying from AspectWorks its division ‘IT Služby’. The company thus acquires the foremost domestic implementor of solutions of the world’s most successful CRM platform by Salesforce company as well as a developer of custom software applications based mostly on Java and JEE platform as well as a supplier of corporate mobile and web applications using OutSystems cloud low-code platform.
Within the supplied solutions, IT Služby division of AspectWorks provides a complete service from presenting the basic concept and demonstrations of the designed system through custom analyses and implementations to staff training and support for maintaining the operation of the applications. It is a strategic partner for its customers for developing reliable custom software fulfilling client-specific requirements. Its know-how stems from 16 years of experience and over 380 successful projects for the largest customers throughout three continents.
AspectWorks’ IT Služby division achieved a turnover of CZK 100 million in the last closed fiscal year.

The finishing of the transaction is planned for the end of March depending on how quickly it will be possible to successfully hive off IT Služby division from its mother company AspectWorks to become a new subject, AW Solutions. The following step will then be merging AW Solutions with Solitea.
